FUNCTION OBJECTIVE Ensure construction planning, scheduling, and monitoring, guaranteeing productivity, deadline compliance, quality, safety, and financial performance of projects. 2\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 2\.1 Construction Planning \- Develop macro and detailed planning for each project. \- Develop and update the execution schedule. \- Define planned and updated S-curves. \- Structure WBS/WP and logical sequencing. \- Plan labor, equipment, and material resources. \- Create stage-by-stage action plans. 2\.2 Weekly Scheduling \- Prepare weekly scheduling (lookahead 1–3 weeks). \- Hold meetings with field teams. \- Adjust based on productivity. \- Issue work orders. 2\.3 Production Control and KPIs \- Measure executed production. \- Calculate IDP and IDC. \- Update physical and financial progress KPIs. \- Update corporate dashboards. 2\.4 Monitoring and Support \- Monitor field execution. \- Validate contractor measurements. \- Identify bottlenecks and risks. \- Issue weekly reports. 2\.5 Interface with Procurement \- Forecast materials and supplies. \- Create purchase requisitions. \- Validate measurement quantities. \- Support technical scope development. 2\.6 Systems and Documentation \- Populate internal systems/platforms. \- Organize technical documentation. \- Issue executive reports. 2\.7 Risk Management \- Identify risks. \- Propose solutions and mitigations. \- Develop contingency plans. 2\.8 Quality and Safety \- Support PGR/PCMSO implementation. \- Monitor NCRs and inspections. \- Ensure compliance with designs and regulations. 3\.
