Job Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Designer to develop technical projects with a focus on executive quality, coordination, and compliance with legal requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Values agility, accountability, and mutual growth We are looking for an **Architectural Designer** to join our team and contribute to the technical development of projects, emphasizing executive quality, coordination, and adherence to legal requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Development of **executive technical drawings** (floor plans, sections, elevations, and details). * Modeling and organization of files in **AutoCAD** and **SketchUp**. * Adaptation and formatting of projects according to the standards of the **Municipal Government of Florianópolis (PMF)**. * Support in project coordination and technical review of documents. * Organization of drawing sheets, scales, layers, and office graphic standards. * Collaboration with architects during the evolution of studies up to the executive project phase. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (essential for executive production). * Knowledge of **SketchUp** for modeling and documentation support. * Experience developing **complete executive projects**. * Attention to technical standards, file organization, and precision in detailing. * Proactive, organized profile with strong ability to work effectively in person as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge or experience with **Revit**. * Experience with municipal project approvals and local standards. * Basic understanding of BIM coordination. * Prior experience in architectural firms. **What We Seek** A professional committed to technical excellence who understands the importance of well-resolved drawings for precise construction execution.
