Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Aracaju, Sergipe – Iguá Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Consolidate the financial results of operations, diagnose monthly variances, prepare the monthly forecast, and report monthly to the Corporate team on key issues requiring attention and respective action plans; * Monitor the results of initiatives under the Transformation Program, reconciling their financial impacts with the P&L or Cash Flow; * Support initiative owners in developing Business Cases; * Assist in developing the operational Business Plan, consolidating departmental budgets (Opex, Capex, and Revenue), identifying opportunities, and challenging managers to improve financial performance; * Train users on the budgeting system and support managers in preparing departmental budgets; * Monitor monthly budgeted vs. actual results by company, department, and cost center; * Track revenue, cost, and expense trends to enable preparation of management reports for senior leadership decision-making; * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) across various company departments. **Requirements and Qualifications What We Seek:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of Accounting; * Proficiency in Excel (minimum intermediate level) and PowerPoint; * Strong verbal communication skills; * Analytical reasoning and affinity for numbers. **Desirable:** * Proficiency in SAP for budgetary control (CO and FI modules desirable).
