Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial professional with a background in geology or engineering to work on prospecting, negotiation, and proposal development in sustainability and water resources. Water Services and Technologies is a dynamic company operating in the fields of sustainability and management of water and environmental resources. With offices in Belo Horizonte and Florianópolis and international operations, the company is expanding its presence in the Brazilian and global markets. We are looking for a professional to join our commercial team, with a degree in geology, engineering, or related fields. Responsibilities * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring all proposals comply with company and industry standards; * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure technical proposals are accurate and complete, meeting project requirements and client needs; * Obtain supplier quotations to support proposals; * Submit proposals via our clients' procurement portals; * Participate in negotiations to finalize contracts; * Proactively prospect new clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities related to the services and products offered by Water Services and Technologies; * Travel for visits to potential clients, and participation in trade fairs and events; * Monitor, together with potential clients, the progress of bidding processes; * Update the CRM system; * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and content to boost sales, including corporate presentations; * Manage post-sales contract follow-up, including scope change negotiations, price adjustments, and preparation of contractual amendments; Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field; * Strong written proficiency in Portuguese and English; * Verbal communication skills in English; * Technical ability to understand and analyze project needs and requirements to develop detailed and accurate technical proposals; * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to meet deadlines; * Attention to detail; Desirable Qualifications * Experience in the Commercial area, including negotiation and sales; * Knowledge of technical standards, regulations, and legislation relevant to geology and environmental areas; * Experience in the mining industry; * Experience with CRM software; The candidate will report to the Commercial Area Coordinator and must work onsite in Florianópolis/SC.
