Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic Tech Lead to provide technical leadership across multiple SaaS products, ensuring evolution, scalability, and excellence for customers in the US. Act as a bridge between product, architecture, and engineering We are looking for a Tech Lead to provide technical leadership across multiple SaaS products, collaborating closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams. This is a strategic role aimed at ensuring the technical evolution of platforms, scalability of solutions, and excellence in value delivery to customers in the US. You will be responsible for leading technical decisions, supporting the team daily, ensuring delivery quality, and acting as a bridge between product, architecture, and engineering. We seek someone with a strong technical background, systemic vision, and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders in an agile and distributed environment. Key Responsibilities: * Define and evolve application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security * Collaborate with the Lead Architect on strategic technical decision-making * Guide the team in developing robust and sustainable solutions * Evaluate trade-offs among different technical approaches and technologies * Enforce software development best practices (clean code, automated testing, code review) * Support the team in implementing CI/CD pipelines and test automation * Promote a culture of quality, observability, and continuous improvement * Prevent and resolve complex technical issues * Collaborate with Product Managers on technical prioritization and backlog evolution * Ensure consistent deliveries aligned with business objectives (OKRs) * Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) * Balance innovation, technical debt, and operational efficiency * Serve as the technical reference for the team and other departments * Translate business needs into feasible technical solutions * Support strategic decisions with data-driven insights and technical feasibility analysis * Interact with international stakeholders (fluent English required) Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including technical leadership roles * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or similar position * Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture * Experience with REST APIs, system integration, and backend best practices * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) * Experience with CI/CD and test automation * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Advanced/fluent English (for collaboration with global teams) Nice-to-Have: * Experience with .NET and React stacks * Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications * Knowledge of DevSecOps and tools such as SonarQube * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing) * Background in B2B SaaS products * Experience in domains such as payments, billing, or management platforms
