Your work will focus on maximizing payment conversion, optimizing operational costs, and ensuring a smooth, secure billing experience for end customers—supporting operational scalability. ### **Your key responsibilities:** * Lead commercial negotiations with partners (gateways, acquirers, and banks), including contract definition, pricing, and SLAs. * Drive strategic projects to increase payment conversion—enhancing retry logic, fraud prevention, and payment methods. * Generate advanced analytics and translate data into decisions that directly impact financial results. * Define fraud prevention strategies and chargeback management approaches to minimize losses. * Serve as the internal technical reference and lead resolution of critical incidents—impacting KPIs such as approval rate and acquisition cost. ### **Profile we seek:** * Proven experience in the payments industry (fintechs, acquirers, gateways, or large enterprises). * Strong understanding of transaction flow and the payments ecosystem. * Experience at SaaS companies with recurring revenue models and high transaction volume. * Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and results orientation. * Negotiation skills and ability to operate effectively in complex contexts—with strategic vision. ### **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI or similar). * Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge. * Experience managing projects and applying agile methodologies. * Familiarity with reconciliation across multiple payment methods. * Experience mentoring or developing analysts within the team. ### **Selection process stages:** * Application – Submission of application * Mindsight – Work style assessment * Interview with Talent Acquisition * Technical Interview * Final Interview * Offer *Note: Stages may be adjusted based on process requirements.* We are committed to protecting your data!
