Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Analyst to ensure projects and implementations flow smoothly from inception to Go Live—without bottlenecks, noise, or drama. Key Highlights: 1. Support the Product Owner (P.O.) in tracking schedules and deadlines. 2. Conduct training sessions and handoffs for clients upon implementation completion. 3. If you want to grow in an environment that values innovation and teamwork, We are looking for a Project Analyst to work onsite in Palhoça, SC, side by side with our Product Owner (P.O.), ensuring projects and implementations flow smoothly from inception to Go Live—without bottlenecks, without noise, without drama. **Your Responsibilities:** * Support the P.O. in tracking schedules and deadlines * Organize communications and follow-ups with clients * Update tasks, dashboards, and reports in ClickUp and spreadsheets * Ensure data, integrations, and customizations are validated prior to Go Live * Execute native integrations and transfer products between platforms * Conduct training sessions and handoffs for clients upon implementation completion * Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions before they become problems **What We Expect:** * Experience in agile or hybrid project management * Functional expertise in Nuvemshop, Tray, or similar platforms * Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills * Proficiency with ClickUp, Monday, or other task management tools * Fluent communication via email, WhatsApp, Slack **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience in digital agencies or consulting firms * Track record of Go Lives and e-commerce implementations * Familiarity with Notion or similar tools **How Digital Growth Works:** Here, we believe learning and growth are essential.
