Import Operations Analyst – Freight Forwarder

Job Summary: Coordinate maritime shipments from start to finish, provide direct customer service, and interface with various departments to ensure service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Full coordination of maritime shipments 2. Direct customer service and follow-up 3. Interface with internal departments and external suppliers Responsibilities: * Coordinate maritime shipments from issuing instructions to the origin agent until goods arrive at the final destination; * Conduct follow-up and send tracking information to customers; * Verify and issue documentation related to shipments; * Execute the complete deconsolidation process; * Monitor container return with shipping lines; * Provide direct customer service, clarify inquiries, and ensure high-quality relationship management; * Interface with internal company departments and external suppliers. ✅ Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Experience coordinating shipments and managing operational processes; * Solid experience in freight forwarding, particularly in maritime import operations; * Knowledge of international trade documentation; * Customer service and follow-up skills; * Intermediate/Advanced English; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with HEAD SOFT system is a plus; Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
