Job Summary: A cleaning professional responsible for adhering to cleaning schedules, performing professional cleaning, and organizing waste in a condominium. Key Highlights: 1. Professional cleaning of internal and external condominium areas 2. Organization of waste containers and dock cleaning 3. Ability to work independently or as part of a team Must reside in Palhoça and have access to bus lines reaching Passeio da Pedra Branca; preferably residing near the Pedra Branca neighborhood. Main Responsibilities: Adherence to condominium cleaning schedules; execution of professional cleaning in internal/external condominium areas; barbecue grill cleaning; knowledge of cleaning products and equipment; organization of waste containers; dock cleaning; washing and scrubbing of common areas; teamwork; and compliance with instructions established by the condominium administration. Workplace: Reserva da Pedra Condominium Working Hours: 07:00 to 19:00, with a 1-hour break (odd-week schedule for April). Compensation: R$1\.752,85\. VA (R$ 33.00/day) \+ 20% hazard pay \+ 7% attendance bonus. Additional Attributes: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, attention to cleaning details, and proactivity.
