Job Summary: This Apprentice Program offers the opportunity to work at an established company in the hygiene and cleaning sector, assisting with administrative tasks and participating in new projects. Develop organization and documentation For over 40 years in the hygiene and cleaning market, Goedert has established itself as an importing industry, developing multiple lines of proprietary products. It operates across various Brazilian states and is beginning expansion into Latin America. In Santa Catarina, it positions itself as a company serving multiple channels, with its headquarters, manufacturing facility, and own stores (NCoisas) located in Greater Florianópolis. With revenue growth exceeding 80% in the past year, it is seeking an Apprentice to join its team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Act in alignment with the institution’s mission, vision, and values; Support teams regarding administrative demands of the Industrial and Engineering areas, such as preparing simple reports, completing forms and spreadsheets, etc.; Develop, update, and organize general documents to ensure accessibility; Type documents and archive them in an orderly manner; Comply with company norms and procedures inherent to the area of operation; Provide support to organizational activities within a specific functional area, participating in new projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education or currently enrolled in an educational institution (high school or integrated technical program). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Good attendance in theoretical and in-person classes; Strong sense of organization, willingness and interest in learning and development. Proactivity, commitment, and engagement with assigned tasks. Good communication and interpersonal skills; Must be at least 17 years old. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 20 hours per week, 4 hours daily (Monday to Friday); 4 days of practical activities at the company and 1 day of theoretical instruction.
