




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring technical and regulatory excellence of processes, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Leads the dissemination of quality tools across the organization. Responsible for ensuring the technical and regulatory excellence of processes at Engeplanti Organization, guaranteeing that projects and executions comply with internal standards and external certifications. Monitors KPIs, identifies failures, and implements corrective actions to foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational risk mitigation, and strategic alignment between engineering processes and end-customer satisfaction. Disseminates Engeplanti Organization’s culture, promoting innovation, excellence, and continuous business evolution. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and manage the Project or Department-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP); * Monitor process compliance with regulatory standards (ISO 9001, ISO 19650, and engineering technical standards); * Conduct periodic internal audits and support external certification audits; * Manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs), perform root cause analysis, and define effective action plans; * Collect, analyze, and report KPIs (performance indicators) to support executive decision-making; * Validate the quality of supplier materials and services, ensuring compliance with specified technical requirements; * Guide and train operational and administrative teams on standard procedures and best execution practices; * Identify opportunities for process optimization to reduce rework and waste; * Act as a facilitator in disseminating quality tools across all organizational levels; * Ensure integrity and up-to-date status of Engeplanti’s documentary and technical database. **DESIRED PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** * Systemic and process-oriented mindset; * Critical analysis and data interpretation skills; * Assertive and didactic communication; * Results-driven with focus on continuous improvement; * Organized and methodologically rigorous; * Resilient with change management capability; * Ethical and impartial in evaluations; * Specialization or training in Quality Management and Internal Auditing; * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, or related fields) or Architecture is desirable; * Proficiency in management tools (Microsoft Office, BI tools, and project management software); Salary: Up to R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts Work Location: On-site
