Accounting Analysis and Control Perform analysis and transfer of accounting and tax information to the accounting office, ensuring data accuracy. Use the Sankhya ERP system to extract reports, monitor integrations, and control accounting information. Responsible for the homologation of the accounting module in the Sankhya system, validating rules, configurations, and cross-departmental integrations. Monitor and validate trial balances, statements, and accounting reports provided by the outsourced accounting team. Ensure data integrity for monthly and annual accounting closing. 2\. Ancillary Obligations and Compliance Monitor and validate the submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Accounting, ECF, DCTF, DIRF, among others). Ensure correct tax classification of operations and compliance with current legislation. Support the accounting office in interpreting and applying tax regulations. 3\. Interface with Controllership and Audit Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper response to requests from independent auditors. Maintain constant communication with the accounting office and internal departments to ensure consistency in information. Support the control and management of accounting and tax risks. 4\. Reports and Indicators Prepare analytical reports with managerial, accounting, and tax information to assist decision-making. Support controllership and finance in monitoring results and departmental indicators. Specific Activities Mastery of all accounting and tax routines in a medium-sized company. Interpret, apply, and guide employees on accounting and tax legislation, ensuring legal compliance and optimal use of tax benefits. Prepare analytical and commented trial balances and balance sheets. Manage procedures and submissions of ancillary obligations and documents to competent authorities. Respond to requests from independent auditors, ensuring quality and transparency of information. Control the company's fixed assets and CIAP. Define and manage the monthly closing schedule. Create comparative reports between managerial, accounting, and tax information. Comply with internal policies and occupational safety regulations. Define and manage procedures for reconciling accounting accounts. Analyze and report risks related to financial statements, balance sheets, and tax management. Proficiency in accounting standards (IFRS and CPC). Review and structure the chart of accounts and cost centers according to the company's control and analysis needs. Apply management accounting concepts, providing analyses and insights to support decision-making. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in accounting analysis routines and interaction with outsourced accounting offices. Advanced Excel skills and proven experience with Sankhya ERP (essential requirement). Experience in homologation or implementation of accounting modules in ERP systems. Knowledge of IFRS and CPC standards. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. **Advantageous Skills** Experience in industrial companies. Experience with Real Profit and Presumed Profit taxation regimes. Experience in accounting-tax integration through Sankhya ERP. Practical experience in reviewing chart of accounts and cost centers.
