Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing and repairing Samsung products, updating service orders, completing forms, and responding to service requests. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and repair of Samsung products 2. Mobile phone maintenance knowledge 3. Proficiency with systems AUTHORIZED SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analysis and repair of Samsung products, updating service orders, completing forms, generating reports, responding to service requests, and inventorying parts. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge/experience in mobile phone maintenance and proficiency with systems. WORK HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (No work on Sundays). BASE SALARY (BRL 2,541.66) + BONUS + MEAL ALLOWANCE + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE OR FUEL ALLOWANCE. LOCATION: Shopping Itajaí.
