An opportunity for those who are **passionate about people**, manufacturing processes, and have an **analytical and disruptive mindset**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **** * **Technical Leadership:** Develop the supply chain and provide specialized technical support to the production team, focusing on product. * **Quality Management:** Ensure strict compliance with quality procedures and policies, standards, and technical specifications. * **Performance and Analysis:** Proactively manage KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) within the Quality area. * **Control and Auditing:** Monitor internal and external inspections and audits, actively tracking non-conformance resolutions. * **People Development:** Act as a leader who inspires and develops the team, valuing human potential and collaboration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Higher Education:** Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Senior Experience:** Solid experience in leadership and supervisory roles within Quality, preferably in the apparel sector. * **Manufacturing Knowledge:** Mastery of garment manufacturing processes: pattern making, product development, cutting, sewing, and finishing. * **Analytical Mindset:** Strong ability in data management, KPIs, and procedure assurance. * **Innovation and Culture:** Profile with **disruptive and creative thinking**, promoting continuous improvement. * **Differentiators:** Knowledge and application of Quality tools, with experience in **Lean** and **Six Sigma** methodologies.
