We have an opportunity for a **Continuous Improvement Coordinator**—join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Continuous Improvement Coordination at Hering plays a critical role in developing and managing the Hering Production System, applying advanced methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing. This position involves leading the implementation of the production system in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring continuous process improvement within defined timelines and scopes. Additionally, it is responsible for standardizing and deploying continuous improvement tools across the company, sustaining the system, and coordinating the SHP leadership team. * Possess knowledge of strategic planning and strategy deployment across all organizational levels, utilizing methodologies such as Hoshin Kanri for deployment and OKRs for goal and results management. * Demonstrate strong capability in developing people and processes, promoting employees’ professional growth and continuously refining work methods. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, aligned with the principles of the Hering Production System. * Analyze operational data to identify opportunities and trends, driving process optimization. * Develop and implement action plans to address identified opportunities, ensuring improvement effectiveness. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of proposed changes. * Provide training and guidance on continuous improvement tools and methodologies. * Continuously monitor progress of improvement initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects, preferably in manufacturing or operations environments. * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive improvements. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels. * Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, WCM, and other continuous improvement methodologies. * Lean Six Sigma certification will be considered an advantage. * Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or similar. #LI-AM1 #LI-ONSITE **Additional Information** #LI-AM1 #LI-ONSITE We are **passionate about our legacy** and **committed to who we aspire to become**.
