With our 46 industrial units, we deliver healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Deboning and Cutting:** Separate meat from bone, remove fat and nerves, following established standards (e.g., hindquarter, forequarter, rib deboning). * **Piece Cleaning:** Perform final cleaning of cuts to ensure standardization and quality required by customers. * **Equipment Handling:** Use knives, sharpening steels, hooks, and occasionally band saws, complying with safety regulations (PPEs). * **Organization and Hygiene:** Maintain an organized and clean workstation (food safety/S.I.F.), helping prevent contamination. * **Transportation:** Move meat boxes, cuts, and bones along the production line, supplying the conveyor belt. * **Production Support:** Assist in other deboning areas, packaging, or offal processing as required by leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Prior experience in deboning or butchery is generally preferred, though some positions accept beginners for training. * **Skills:** Proficiency in knife handling, manual dexterity, and good physical stamina. * **Education:** Elementary or high school education (often not required for entry-level roles). * **Conditions:** Availability to work in cold environments (cold rooms) and on one’s feet. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance As the leader in beef exports across South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company — we are a community of professionals united by the purpose of “building connections among people, food, and nature.” We operate in over 100 countries, with facilities in Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and specialized sheep-processing plants in Australia and Chile.
