**JOB PURPOSE:** Perform general building cleaning services, as well as cleaning of equipment, waiting areas, meeting rooms, and pantry. Prepare coffee, tea, flavored water, and snacks to be served, following safety and hygiene standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Maintain cleanliness and organization of general areas; * Clean surfaces, furniture, and equipment using appropriate cleaning materials and products; * Clean refrigerators, minibars, stoves, and other household utensils; * Wash bathrooms, keeping them stocked with daily-use supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, etc); * Collect garbage from all areas whenever necessary, in accordance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations; * Wash the Cooperative's external areas; * Maintain organization of waiting areas, meeting rooms, and pantry; * Assist in general cleaning of internal and external areas of the Unit, including window washing, ATM and elevator cleaning, and garbage collection; * Periodically check the need to restock disposable cups and candies; * Monitor inventory of products and supplies required for daily activities, requesting purchase of cleaning and pantry materials and equipment whenever necessary; * Support other departments of the unit when needed; * Other related duties. **Requirements and qualifications** * Skill in handling building cleaning products and/or equipment. **Additional information** **BENEFITS:** * Life insurance (exempt); * Meal and/or food card (R$ 1\.000,00\); * Transportation allowance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Day Off. ***Be part of an excellent place to work.*** All positions are open to people with disabilities (PCD).
