




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring import processes, ensuring legal compliance and cost optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Cost control and operational improvements **Main Responsibilities:** – Plan, control, and monitor import orders; – Perform document analysis and verification (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates, etc.); – Monitor customs clearance and release procedures with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service; – Maintain contact with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international suppliers; – Monitor the import logistics process (international transportation, arrival at port/airport, domestic transportation); – Update internal systems with import status information; – Conduct follow-up with suppliers and internal departments (procurement, finance, logistics); – Control costs involved in the process and propose operational improvements and expense reduction; – Ensure all processes comply with applicable laws and company policies. **Technical Requirements:** – Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields; – Advanced knowledge of import procedures; – Proficiency in document analysis and tariff classification of goods (NCM); – Advanced English (reading and writing); – Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); ;
