Opportunity for professional growth **Your main responsibilities at Runfor:** Leadership and Sales Actions and Events Communication and Creativity Management and Operations **What we are looking for in you:** Experience: Minimum of 6 months in leadership, management, or supervision roles in retail. Education: Completed high school. (Do you hold a technical or higher education degree in Administration/Marketing? That will be a major advantage!) Technical Skills: Proficiency in the digital world (Canva and Social Media), ERP system expertise, and Excel for report generation. Your profile: A resilient leader with clear communication, exceptional organization, and unwavering focus on delivering the best customer experience. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays: from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Availability to work on Sundays, as per our event rotation schedule. **Compensation and Benefits:** Base Salary: R$ 3.220,00 + commissions for achieved targets (your performance directly increases your earnings!). **Our benefits package:** Meal Voucher: R$ 299.00 (via iFood Benefícios — greater flexibility for you).
