Job Summary: A professional to structure, analyze, and optimize data, developing dashboards and automating processes to support decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize production processes using statistical analysis **Responsibilities** * Structure, process, and analyze large volumes of data to generate insights. * Develop automated dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools). * Map and optimize production processes through KPIs and statistical analysis. * Create and maintain data pipelines, integrating diverse sources and systems. * Support internal departments with advanced analytics and data-driven recommendations. * Conduct capacity, productivity, cost, and operational efficiency studies. * Automate routine tasks and support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** * Degree in Production Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in **Data Analytics**. * Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. * Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). * Experience in process and indicator (KPI) analysis. * Preferred: Experience in industrial environments or large-scale operations. * Advanced English; * Residency in Piracicaba/SP Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$7\.500,00 per month Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation (CLT and PJ)?
