End-to-end involvement from requirements to implementation **RSG Brasil Headhunters** **Botucatu/SP** **Position: Senior Systems Analyst Programmer** The RSG Brasil Headhunters is supporting a mid-sized company in hiring a **Senior Systems Analyst Programmer**. **Job Mission** To engage in system development, implementation, and maintenance, exercising technical leadership and promoting innovation in development processes. Responsible for overseeing projects from requirements gathering through to implementation, ensuring standardization, technical quality, deadlines, and cost control. Will serve as the team’s technical reference, delivering technical training and disseminating development concepts and best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain web systems * Provide technical leadership to the team * Participate in requirements elicitation and definition * Propose process improvements and innovation * Develop REST APIs * Work with Datasul ERP * Deliver technical training * Ensure delivery quality and consistency **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
