With an experienced team, the company stands out for its efficiency and commitment to deadlines. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and validate operational activities of the construction site, including reading and executing project plans, monitoring the schedule and measurements. Guide the operational team through project plans and procedures, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Supervise the quality of services rendered, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, standards, and quality requirements, with emphasis on electrical and hydraulic installations. Monitor and verify construction site technical instructions-related activities, such as layout, foundation, masonry, finishing, roofing, façade, and infrastructure. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and notify the occupational safety department when necessary. Previous experience as a Construction Site Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, Construction Manager, or Construction Chief may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
