About the position: The Supermarket Operator is responsible for monitoring and preparing cold food production, restocking and organizing inventory, cleaning counters and cold chambers, and providing customer service. What you will deliver: * Check product quantities and availability (cold cuts, dairy, frozen items, and sausages); * Check work materials (utensils and equipment); * Inform the supervisor about the need for utensil and equipment maintenance; * Check inventory of food and cleaning products and inform the supervisor about the need for restocking; * Request temperature reduction (rebaixa) when necessary; * Comply with food safety standards; * Suggest purchasing options and new products to the supervisor; * Monitor product receipt; * Organize cold chambers; * Prepare and monitor production (pizza assembly, slicing cold cuts, packaging products); * Slice, package, and price products; * Perform temperature control and sanitation. * Provide customer service.
