




Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM methodology; * Previous experience with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle); * Experience in monitoring and managing indicators (KPIs) will be a differentiator; * Familiarity with vendor management and/or War Rooms for high-criticality incidents is desirable; * Mobility to work in Piracicaba/SP, under a hybrid work model (3 days onsite and 2 days remote), following the English week (44 working hours per week). YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Resolve incidents, service requests, and problems; * Monitor system performance and propose improvements; * Lead meetings with stakeholders; * Manage vendors to ensure quality deliverables; * Track and prioritize tickets and act on problem mitigation; * Identify business pain points and define corrective actions; * Ensure optimal application performance: usability, efficiency, etc.; * Bridge technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency. 2511080202181856787
