Job Summary: The Production Operator will operate conventional machine tools, assist in the production process, support manufacturing, assembly, and repair activities, and maintain machines and the workplace. We are seeking employees for the Production Operator position. The employee will be responsible for operating conventional machine tools: shearing machines, plate rolls, milling machines, and similar equipment. Assist in the company's production process. Support the manufacturing, assembly, and repair of equipment and piping by performing cutting, drilling, sanding, and material organization. Perform operation, maintenance, organization, and cleaning of machines in their workplace. Contribute to the product manufacturing process. **Prerequisites** * **Availability to start immediately** * Completed high school education; * Own transportation (motorcycle/car) preferred for commuting to and from work. **Skills** * Sense of urgency to prioritize tasks requiring immediate attention; * Initiative; * Organizational skills to establish, together with the team, routines best suited to the company’s needs; * Team spirit, as you will constantly interact with your team and with other teams supporting your work in various ways.
