Collaboration with various departments within a civil engineering company A civil engineering company is seeking a Supply Analyst Technician in Botucatu. **Responsibilities:** Obtain quotations for materials, equipment, and services. Prepare comparative price and commercial condition charts. Support negotiations with suppliers. Issue purchase orders and monitor the workflow until delivery. Monitor supplier delivery timelines and ensure compliance with the construction schedule. Update and maintain supplier records. Support inventory control and material handling. Verify invoices and delivery documents. Enter and update information in systems (ERP, spreadsheets, etc.). Support the supply engineer in contract and performance indicator management. Interact with warehouse, planning, engineering, and finance departments. Support resolution of delivery or quality discrepancies. Provide administrative support for the supply department. Assist in organizing documents and contracts. Provide logistical support for material transportation and distribution. Collaborate on inventories and audits. Support standardization of procurement processes. Previous experience as a Procurement Specialist, Logistics Analyst, Supply Coordinator, or Procurement Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
