Key Responsibilities: Planning and Strategy * Develop the strategic paid media investment plan and request budget forecasts from the finance team. * Structure, prioritize, and manage the campaign pipeline by channel, considering targets for CAC, MQLs, conversion, and funnel impact. * Define appropriate KPIs, goals, benchmarks, and attribution models for the acquisition cycle. Budget and KPI Management * Manage the monthly media budget with high accuracy, ensuring predictability and efficiency. * Monitor acquisition and efficiency metrics (CPL, CTR, CPA, VPC, CAC, ROAS, MQL%, preliminary LTV, among others), proposing strategic adjustments.
