While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Activities and Responsibilities**: * Perform grain receiving activities such as soybeans and corn, operating unloading processes at truck dump stations; * Perform grain dispatching activities such as soybeans and corn, operating rail and truck loading processes; * Operate and monitor operational activities at the grain storage unit, following Bunge's quality and safety standards; * Participate in safety campaigns, meetings, and committees; * Conduct cleaning tasks in the operational area; * Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment and conveyors within the facility; * Prepare and request hazardous work permits according to NR regulations; * Develop proactive safety initiatives; * Carry out area cleaning (Housekeeping), machines and equipment, keeping the work area organized and maintained in hygienic and clean conditions; * Participate in inspections of grain transport vehicles to verify proper storage conditions for the product type, ensuring contamination-free products (chemical, physical, or biological), in accordance with established procedures and regulations; * Operate equipment safely; **Expected Experience and Knowledge:** * High school diploma completed; * Prior experience in grain classification and operational routines will be considered a plus; * Availability to work in shifts; **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and dental coverage; * Meal allowance; * Private pension plan; * Life insurance; * Pharmacy discount program; * PLR - Profit and Results Sharing (based on achievement of targets and results); * “Count on us” Program — Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, conducted by specialized professionals, aimed at assisting with psychological, social, or emotional matters; * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), Clube MMB (Individual insurance), Dell, as well as Universities and Language Schools; * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. **Work location:** Araguari/MG **Work model:** 100% onsite
