IT Support Responsibilities **System \& User Support** * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues * Assist employees with technical problems (email, printers, apps, etc.) * Install, configure, and maintain computers and devices **Infrastructure Maintenance** * Monitor servers, backups, and system performance * Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings * Update software, patches, and antivirus protection **Documentation \& Training** * Create user guides and technical documentation * Train staff on basic IT systems and best practices Junior Developer Responsibilities **Software Development Support** * Assist senior developers with coding tasks * Write, test, and debug simple programs or scripts * Help maintain websites, applications, or internal tools **Testing \& Maintenance** * Fix bugs and improve existing software * Perform software testing and quality checks * Document code changes and updates **Learning \& Collaboration** * Participate in team meetings and code reviews * Continuously learn programming languages and tools Required Skills * Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java) * Understanding of operating systems, networking, and hardware * Problem\-solving and troubleshooting ability * Good communication and teamwork skills * Willingness to learn new technologies Typical Qualifications * Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field * Internship or entry\-level experience in IT or development (helpful but not always required) Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: R$70,000\.00 \- R$100,000\.00 per year Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
