If you thrive in dynamic environments, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic involvement in project and product monitoring, this opportunity may be perfect for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as PMO with Product Owner responsibilities, ensuring team activity organization and governance; * Manage and organize Azure DevOps Boards; * Structure and maintain an organized backlog with Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks; * Ensure appropriate demand prioritization and clear visibility of activity status; * Monitor team activity progress daily; * Guarantee accurate information entry in Azure DevOps; * Support and guide the team on proper tool usage; * Identify project risks, delays, dependencies, and bottlenecks; * Support replanning and cross-departmental alignment when necessary; * Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking metrics; * Prepare periodic status reports on demand and delivery progress; * Organize backlog and activity pipeline, ensuring deliverable traceability; * Participate in requirement gathering, refinement, and project monitoring meetings; * Draft meeting minutes and consolidate executive reports; * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication regarding progress, risks, and priorities; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability for hybrid work model in Rio de Janeiro/RJ; * Solid experience with Azure DevOps (Boards); * Experience in project management (PMO) and/or as a Product Owner; * Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs; * Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; * Experience creating queries, dashboards, and organizing Boards; * Experience preparing executive reports and tracking metrics; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, analytical profile with strong follow\-up capability with teams; * Experience facilitating meetings and cross-departmental alignment. **Desirable:** * Prior experience as PMO, Product Owner, or Scrum Master; * Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard and report creation; * Experience integrating Azure DevOps with other tools; * Experience in highly complex corporate environments; * Familiarity with agile metrics and team performance tracking; * Experience in project and process governance. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive compensation; * Opportunities for professional growth and involvement in strategic projects; * Collaborative, modern environment focused on innovation; * Opportunity to work with current technologies and scalable architecture.
