We research, create, and execute—because it is in our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your mission as Senior HR Payroll Analyst will be:** * Perform end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation. * Execute vacation, termination, and labor charge controls and calculations. * Manage submission and tracking of ancillary obligations, including eSocial, Digital FGTS, eConsignado, Termination FGTS, and DCTFWeb. * Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and legal compliance. * Participate in inspections and homologation processes, providing required information and documentation. * Prepare managerial payroll reports and KPIs, supporting the controller and executive leadership. * Provide employee support, clarifying questions regarding payments, benefits, and other payroll-related matters. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience working with integrated ERP payroll systems. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in HR Administration (Payroll and Termination Calculations). **Skills that will catch our attention:** * Knowledge of the Protheus system. **Additional Information** **What it’s like to work at Funcional Health Tech:** * Hybrid model — 4 days per week at our office. * Our team is outstanding—we collaborate and achieve more together. * Our culture is agile, and we are continuously evolving.
