The **Business Assistant** will perform administrative routine tasks at the Unit and provide customer service for the Crediamigo Program, in accordance with the policies, methodologies, and administrative and operational procedures established by CAMED Microcredit. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, come join **CAMED MICROCREDIT!** **Responsibilities and duties** Perform administrative activities in accordance with the policies and operational procedures established by CAMED Microcredit; Provide customer service through all channels (physical and digital) for Crediamigo Program clients, in accordance with credit policy, operational procedures, and guidelines established by CAMED Microcredit; Provide customers with information about microfinance products and services and the status of their credit applications; Support the sale of products and services offered by the Crediamigo Program in accordance with credit policy, operational procedures, and guidelines established by CAMED Microcredit; Support collection actions, re-engagement of lost customers, and prospecting of new customers in accordance with credit policy, operational procedures, and guidelines established by CAMED Microcredit; Register client Crediamigo credit application data into the operational system in accordance with credit policy, operational procedures, and guidelines established by CAMED Microcredit; Conduct customer registration checks to ensure smooth operational processes; Verify required documents for Crediamigo customer registration; Submit credit applications into the operational system; Monitor the status of credit applications within the operational system; Send requested documentation to Remote Compliance; Assist in organizing Unit events; Verify credit instruments for contracted operations, digitizing them and storing them in the Unit’s safe, if applicable; Store and relocate documents according to the Filing Plan; Assist in conducting inventories of credit instruments, files, and CAMED Microcredit's assets; Assist in personnel-related routines, forwarding them to the Regional Human Development team; Perform the Unit’s administrative payment procedures; And other duties related to the area. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** Legal age (18 years or older); Education: Completed high school; Availability for intercity travel; Experience in administrative routines and customer service; Computer skills and proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). **Additional information** **Salary:** Base salary of R$ 1,717.73; Variable compensation, reaching up to R$ 869.33; **Benefits:** Training; Life insurance; Health plan; Transportation allowance; Dental plan; Private pension plan; Partnerships with educational institutions; Wellhub wellness incentive program; Meal allowance and basic food basket totaling R$ 1,507.24; Childcare/babysitter reimbursement for children up to 5 years and 11 months – R$ 320.38 (fixed amount per child); Quality of Life Program (we operate subprograms supporting health and well-being of our employees across physical, emotional, and social dimensions). **Workload:** 40 hours per week; **Working hours:** From 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
