WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead the Human Resources agenda for regional units, supporting leaders and teams in decision-making. * Support local recruitment activities, ensuring appropriate team sizing. * Provide consultative support to sales leaders and operational areas on people management topics. * Manage HR metrics for assigned regions, conducting regular meetings with leaders to support decision-making and action planning. * Promote training, capacity building, and leadership and team development initiatives. * Implement actions to strengthen culture and employee engagement, aligned with survey results. * Support talent management initiatives: succession planning, performance evaluations, and capacity building. * Participate in corporate strategic projects.
