Part of a team that values purpose-driven work **Join us as a Human Resources Assistant** **Location:** Garanhuns Factory, PE **Terms and Conditions:** Full-time administrative shift with bridge-day compensation (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday) **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** This role exists to support the Human Resources function in the technical development of employed personnel and in implementing training programs aligned with Unilever’s UMS methodologies and Safety, Quality, and Efficiency standards. The role promotes continuous learning, reinforces a development-oriented culture, and contributes to operational excellence across teams. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Respond to and route requests/needs from Human Resources clients (all departments); * Organize and support events promoting employee engagement and integration, such as results meetings, connection events, and family visits; * Process procurement requisitions and orders for the HR department. * Execute and support well-being initiatives, such as birthday celebrations and annual events, to increase employee engagement; * Organize and digitize physical document archives; * Update recognition indicators; * Participate in internal and external audits involving HR, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. * Optimize and expand systems and programs focused on continuous learning (Learning Programs and Internships – internal and external); * Map the factory’s training needs and develop a knowledge-building plan aligned with the annual masterplan for operations and leadership; * Act as co-leader for the PD pillar standard at the factory; * Ensure smooth operation of the Mentorship Program and onboarding/integration for new and transferred employees; * Conduct regular assessments of technical and operational teams; * Support the continuous development of technicians and operators; * Create and periodically review the operational skills matrix; * Monitor the factory’s mandatory training schedule; * Identify training needs for the operational team upon introduction of new equipment; **REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Creativity, talent management, change management, and people management. * Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills. * Digital skills. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Intermediate Spanish. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of audits and regulatory standards.
