Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive professional to work on projects, analyze and improve applications, ensure production environment stability, and monitor application metrics in an agile environment. Participation in agile ceremonies and technical refinement **We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Working on application projects and maintenance; * Analyzing and improving applications; * Ensuring production environment stability; * Monitoring application metrics and observability; * Participating in the team's agile ceremonies; * Supporting user acceptance testing and deploying fixes for issues identified in the production environment. * Supporting technical solutions and Discovery for strategic projects. * Conducting technical refinement and breaking down tasks within the squad. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience with Java and Kotlin programming languages; * Experience with asynchronous programming (coroutines, Kotlin Flow); * Experience with UI layout customization; * Experience working with agile methodologies for system management and development; * Experience writing unit tests; * Experience with dependency injection; * Experience with inter-system communication (RESTful API communication); * Familiarity with tools: Retrofit, Koin, JetPack; * Understanding of SOLID principles; * Knowledge of software architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, MVC); * Knowledge of code versioning (Git/GitHub); * Strong logical reasoning skills; * Good communication and teamwork skills; **Desirable:** **Additional Information:** * For your health, we offer **comprehensive medical and dental coverage**, with no copayments for exams or consultations. * Want more well-being?
