Operate internal logistics (loading, internal movement, and bin operations), aiming to meet harvest planning and scheduling on the farm under your responsibility, as well as monitoring and ensuring proper fruit storage in bins, without neglecting legal requirements. Participate—jointly with the Human Resources Department—in the recruitment and selection process for harvest teams and team leaders, in accordance with internal policy and pre-established planning. Support the Harvest Supervisor in the biweekly closing of harvest events, aiming to ensure correct team payments based on daily events and/or adversities. Control the current accounts of harvest team leaders to ensure that the variance between reported and actual volumes remains within the range established by the planning department. Support the fruit estimation process through visual analysis of all farm blocks under your responsibility, comparing them against parameters from previous harvests, and determine orchard harvesting complexity for the picker payment table, in accordance with established norms and procedures. Carry out the fruit-shaking process, following guidance from the Fruit Research Department, to develop a technical estimate for comparison with the visual estimate, thereby defining the final harvest figure.
