Job Summary: Responsible for receiving equipment for maintenance, performing diagnostics, corrective hardware and software maintenance, solution testing, component soldering, and on-site customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Corrective hardware and software maintenance for data collectors and printers 2. SND/BGA component soldering 3. On-site customer support Receive equipment for maintenance and inspect its physical condition. Verify the defect reported by the customer and perform corrective maintenance on equipment (data collectors and printers), covering both hardware and software aspects. Conduct tests to confirm resolution of issues identified in the equipment. Perform SND/BGA component soldering. Provide on-site customer support.
