




- Degree preferably in Administration; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; - Strong interpersonal communication skills; - Proficiency in communication techniques. - Experience in billing; - Experience with Excel. **Responsibilities:** - Perform monthly billing; - Issue invoices; - Record payment receipts; - Generate reports of delinquent accounts; - Complete spreadsheets of receipts and delinquent accounts to forward to company management; - Conduct follow-up calls with delinquent clients and, at the end of each day, send results to management for each company; - Provide support for other departmental activities.
