They troubleshoot and monitor issues requiring knowledge of development languages, COTS applications, and infrastructure (cloud and on-premises). For this position, business function knowledge is required to resolve the client’s critical and strategic technology challenges. The candidate will join a team responsible for driving success around objectives or service-level agreements (SLAs) for Level 2 and Level 3 support, regardless of delivery source. **Requirements and Qualifications** Manage Azure environments; Use tools such as Azure DevOps Actions, GitHub or GitLab, validate requirements, deploy and troubleshoot code and technologies in staging and production environments; Demonstrate communication skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement; Develop, troubleshoot, and operate Terraform IaC (Infrastructure as Code); Build, maintain, and control staging and production environments; Troubleshoot incidents in staging and production environments; Be proactive in monitoring and alerting resources for all platform components; Ensure system health and capacity, reviewing and enhancing as needed; Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct knowledge transfer to others; Demonstrate knowledge of at least one container technology (e.g., Docker) and one database technology (e.g., MySQL, MS-SQL, or PostgreSQL); Work with code management tools such as GitHub or GitLab; Have knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools and deployments; Experience with Linux and Windows administration; Experience managing configurations across multi-platform environments (e.g., Chef, Ansible, Puppet, or Salt).
