Job Summary: Support the Accounting, Tax, and Finance departments by analyzing tax documents, classifying them, scheduling payments, and issuing purchase orders and tax invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Issuance of purchase orders and tax invoices Support the Accounting, Tax, and Finance departments at the Itu headquarters, receiving and analyzing tax documents issued by departments at the Três Lagoas unit, performing classification and payment scheduling, and forwarding tax documents to headquarters for necessary actions. FINANCE Receipt of service and merchandise tax invoices from the Purchasing/Receiving department (TL branch) Analyze the classification of received invoices and/or forward them to the Accounting department (headquarters); verify alignment with purchase orders; separate due dates; record in spreadsheet; forward to Accounts Payable (headquarters). TAX Issue purchase orders (Transfers, Consignment, Repair, Loan) and submit requests for invoice issuance to Billing (headquarters); print invoices; separate and attach GNRE forms. Register Manaus Free Trade Zone and subsequently deliver duly settled tax invoices to Logistics (TL branch), if required. Comply with Quality and Occupational Safety standards. Perform other tasks related to this position as directed by superiors.
