Supporting procurement management and internal relationship coordination SUMMARY DESCRIPTION Execute procurement of the company's direct and indirect materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION Assist in identifying new suppliers of diverse products and services, Provide support during supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery/freight timelines. Monitor purchase requisitions through daily follow-ups to maintain visibility into production progress and ensure adherence to agreed delivery deadlines; Maintain communication with internal departments to clarify procurement request-related questions in accordance with internal procedures; Keep the workplace organized and clean. Prepare purchase orders, spreadsheets, and reports. Generate information for relevant departments regarding purchase orders versus invoices (PO vs. NF). WORK LOCATION Primarily an indoor work environment; PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Competency / Experience Bachelor's degree or technologist diploma (Administration or related fields) 1 year of experience (in administrative roles); Computer literacy (MS Office).
