If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Summary Description:** Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s mining projects by applying innovations, new methods, equipment, and instruments that optimize resource utilization, improve productivity and infrastructure, and streamline company processes, as well as monitoring construction execution and supervising adherence to the defined scope, aiming to deliver stable, fully operational projects within the criteria established with the client. **Detailed Description:** * Ensure and implement project management methodologies throughout all project phases; * Ensure quality in technical and management documentation of the project; * Provide leadership, integrating responsibilities across the project team; * Ensure integrity of project documentation using software such as GCMS (client’s system); * Ensure safety integrity throughout the entire project; * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for regional and global Capex teams; * Ensure integration with all areas involved at Alcoa, as required by the project; * Conduct routine project meetings; * Develop and control action plans, applying PDCA across all technical and management aspects of the project; * Monitor and map project risks; * Prepare the Total Cost Investment for the project; * Present to approval committees at each project phase; * Develop the work plan for each project and define procurement scopes; * People and Process Management; * Manage the Project Portfolio aligned with business strategy, tracking monthly targets against the Annual Project Plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with geotechnical projects; * Knowledge of dam closure projects; * Willingness to work on-site in Poços de Caldas/MG, without field leave. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specialization in Geotechnics; * Postgraduate degree in Dams; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management; * Knowledge of Strategic Planning. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Poços de Caldas/MG * Working Hours: 44 Hours/Week – 220 Hours/Month; **Benefits Included in this Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Wellhub Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
