The challenge of this position is: To ensure efficient support for maintenance activities, monitoring resources, materials, and execution of work orders. If you believe in the power of energy to transform the world, join our team. **What you’ll do here:** ---------------------------------- * Support the PCM and field technicians in identifying maintenance resources for the unit; * Support the process of logging maintenance work orders (hours worked, materials used, order completion); * Monitor material and service requirements to ensure availability on the scheduled date; * Analyze and issue reports on maintenance’s consumption of inventory items; * Conduct follow-up with the Procurement Department; * Participate in Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and safety activities at the unit; * Accompany field technicians’ activities to ensure compliance and quality of scheduled tasks; * Support Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implementation of action plans. **What we expect from you:** ---------------------------- * Experience in field maintenance planning; * Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation; * Basic knowledge of maintenance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, backlog, plan compliance, breakdown rate, and ability to track service orders; * Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, TOTVS, SISMAT, CMMS, Manutenção.net, or similar.
