Job Summary:
A professional responsible for executing medical procedure authorization processes, assisting beneficiaries, and managing authorizations, ensuring service quality and public satisfaction.

3. Provision of information and solutions with attention
* Executes authorization-related processes for medical procedures (consultations, exams, and hospitalizations), both locally and across networks.
* Assists beneficiaries through in-person, telephone/CHAT support for the cooperative and accredited healthcare assistance network.
* Submits requests for OPME (Orthopedic, Prosthetic, and Medical Equipment) or medications to the Pharmaceutical Supply Center or to the intra-federative system.
* Submits authorization requests and supporting documents to auditors, contracted companies, and other entities within the Unimed system.
* Issues authorization approvals or denials according to official opinions, within legally mandated timeframes.
* Monitors denied authorization processes, verifying contractual limits, waiting periods, pre-existing conditions, unregulated contracts, and ANS (National Health Agency) guidelines.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education
Computer literacy
