Maintenance Manager – Poços de Caldas – MG Responsibilities: * Manage mechanical, electronic, and building maintenance services—including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance—for company machinery, equipment, and facilities. Define, together with the maintenance team, periodic maintenance schedules and ensure necessary internal or external resources. Oversee outsourced maintenance services contracted for specific repairs or new installations, providing required support. * Interface with maintenance suppliers and service providers to obtain quotations, assess service quality, and verify feasibility of execution. * Manage maintenance department costs in accordance with the approved budget. * Manage improvement projects and investment plans related to the maintenance area. * Ensure continuous development of the maintenance team. * Translate the company’s strategic goals into team-specific objectives, fostering a motivating environment aimed at continuous performance improvement. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, as well as procedures established by senior management. * Conduct technical analysis of maintenance service scopes. * Collaborate with the procurement department to guarantee adequate supply levels of materials required for maintenance activities, aligned with scheduled plans or urgent needs. * Complete required documentation and approve purchase requests in the system. * Manage the development of periodic planned maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment, aiming for effective service delivery with minimal disruption to production processes. * Evaluate equipment performance based on efficiency indicators and production reports, adhering to equipment manuals and maintenance plans. * Ensure operational and equipment safety. * Implement actions to maintain machine guards, sensors, and protective devices in optimal condition. * Manage and monitor the Maintenance team. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering / Mechatronics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Management, MBA in Project Management, or Business Management is desirable. * Minimum 7 years of relevant experience is desirable. * English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to work onsite in Poços de Caldas – MG.
