Perform uniform and efficient soil compaction to ensure structural stability and durability. Follow instructions from the project's responsible engineer and comply with workplace safety regulations. Maintain machinery and equipment in good working condition by performing preventive and corrective maintenance as required. Previous experience as a Grader Operator, Grader Assistant, Grader Helper, or Grader Worker may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
