





**Job Description:** We are looking for a **Payroll Analyst** to join our team and handle the full internal payroll routine. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of labor processes, compliance with legal deadlines, and support for administrative demands within the department. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and review internal payroll, social charges, admissions, terminations, and vacations; * Manage benefits and monitor ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DIRF, RAIS, among others); * Control attendance records, absences, and other personnel movements; * Support the updating of internal policies and team communications; * Prepare announcements and informational materials when necessary. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in the role; * Proficiency in internal payroll routines; * Knowledge of the **Domínio** system is desirable; * Basic knowledge of **Canva** for creating communications; * Organized, detail-oriented, and good interpersonal communication skills. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Dining Room, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance ### **Department:** Human Resources
