




**You will work at a travel agency.** **Education:** * Completed high school **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service, sales, and/or administrative roles; * Strong communication skills; * Good writing ability and fast typing; * Basic/intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp Business); * Ability to quickly learn systems (CRM and internal platforms); * Organization, discipline, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * In-person, WhatsApp, phone, and social media customer service; * Active and reactive prospecting; * Preparing quotations (flights, accommodations, packages, insurance, tours); * Consultative sales with focus on closing deals and customer retention; * Issuing and verifying vouchers, contracts, and travel documents; * Customer follow-up before, during, and after the trip; * Managing calendar, follow-ups, and CRM records; * Supporting internal operational routines. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (1 hour 30 minutes for lunch + 15-minute break); * Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM; * One Saturday off per month (not on holidays). **Salary + 10% commission on net sales value.** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * 30% subsidy toward health insurance.
