Responsibilities: * Support and implement the 5S System by organizing work areas, training multipliers, and raising awareness among all personnel regarding the organization’s established 5S principles; * Conduct follow-up audits for ISO 9001 and the 5S System, in accordance with internal procedures; * Support the development, implementation, and approval of suppliers, raw materials, localizations, and modifications, as required by the production line; * Establish and execute a daily routine to monitor equipment availability, production rhythm, and scrap generation; continuously analyze root causes and define and coordinate the implementation of immediate, short-, medium-, and long-term corrective actions, based on monitoring scrap rates, production rhythm, and equipment availability; * Propose industrial area improvement initiatives; * Support administrative process improvements and reviews; * Generate management reports on process results and review of implemented actions; * Comply with and ensure adherence to process specifications, standards, and inspection plans; * Monitor and control monthly costs within the assigned area, comparing budgeted versus actual expenditures. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Continuous Improvement is desirable; * Minimum 3 years of experience in HR is desirable; * English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to work on-site in Poços de Caldas – MG.
