Opportunities for professional development in the Utilities area About the job Our Utilities team is seeking a Technical Intern in Utilities to work onsite at our dairy plant in Poços de Caldas, MG. This internship offers hands-on experience in an industrial plant setting, focusing on maintenance, operations, safety, and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities and learning opportunities will include: * Assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance activities for utilities systems. * Supporting regular inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying potential anomalies. * Assisting in planning maintenance activities, organizing routines, and tracking schedules. * Supporting the operation of utilities equipment, such as boilers, compressors, water systems, and refrigeration systems. * Monitoring operational parameters (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow rate) and reporting deviations or anomalies to the responsible team. * Assisting in recording maintenance and operations activities to ensure traceability of information. * Supporting the preparation of technical reports and performance indicators for utilities systems. * Supporting the creation and updating of **Work Instructions (WIs)**. * Assisting in the creation and maintenance of operational and control forms. * Strictly adhering to safety regulations, operational procedures, and departmental guidelines. * Supporting implementation and compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Participating in continuous improvement projects, energy efficiency initiatives, and optimization of utilities systems. * Contributing suggestions for improvements in processes, routines, and equipment. * Participating in technical, operational, and safety training sessions. * Developing technical and behavioral competencies related to industrial utilities.
